This is an on-call weekend position and would be great for you if you:

Demonstrator duties and responsibilities
The goal of a Demonstrator is to help prospective buyers understand the product better to boost sales. You will visit Natural Health Food Stores in our network and demonstrate products we carry. Some common Demonstrator job duties and responsibilities include:
- Doing a demonstration of how a product works
- Passing out product samples
- Setting up booths and displays
- Answering product questions from prospective customers
- Providing pricing information to customers
- Sharing company information to customers
- Completing sales
- Gathering feedback and sharing it with the company
Job Requirements:
- Relevant experience in the natural health industry
- Background and experience in customer service
- Proven ability to make sales
- Must be willing to travel and have your own transportation
Compensation
$21/per hour plus big commissions! We will train you to be successful!

Controller Required – Part time
CLM Health Group Inc. is a health product distributor supplying retail and practitioners across Canada. We also have significant existing sales through Amazon USA and a Shopify store. In addition, there is a smaller secondary business of property rentals and a product export business.
The Ideal candidate is a critical team member who will assist with keeping costs down and managing cash flow. These tasks include weekly and monthly financial documentation while operating with expert knowledge of financial software. We need you to identify and solve accounting concerns and handle the duties of a bookkeeper. You have the ability and experience and skill in learning new standards quickly.
Candidate must be proficient in Quickbooks desktop and QB online. Currently the business is using QB desktop but are considering transferring over to QB online and the successful candidate would be prepared to work with this transition.
The opportunity:
We required a Controller for our office in Hamilton, ON for 2-3 days per week. This position can be worked at from home or office.
Our company is evolving and we are looking for a flexible Controller who can grow with us.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Keep financial records up to date
- Reconcile accounts at the end of each month
- Record and pay bills on their due date
- Process and reconcile payroll, filing payroll returns
- Making CRA remittances, calculating stat pay, accruing and tracking vacation pay
- Managing expense reimbursements and customer billbacks
- Filing and disbursement of T4s, Records of Employment and severance payment calculation
- Commissions calculations, bonuses, allowances (car, phone, etc.)
- Track, file and pay sales tax (GST/PST/HST/RST)
- Provide monthly accounts payable/receivable, profit & loss and cash summary reports.
- Provide external accountant with a clean working paper file at year end
- Pay supplier invoices and ensure government filings are being done on time
- Ensure correct inventory totals with shipping/receiving
- Record cash receipts and make/record bank deposits
- Issue monthly financial and ROI statements to CEO
- Provide clerical and administrative support when requested
- Take discounts on supplier invoices as needed and directed
- Keep track of inventory shipped to Amazon and record Amazon sales and related expenditures
- Record Shopify sales and related expenditures
- Pay taxes and all fees related to properties
- Cashflow forecasting
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma, Accounting/Bookkeeping certificate or higher
- Experience with both Quickbooks desktop and Quickbooks online essential
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
Skills & Abilities
- Comfortable with using cloud based systems
- Amazon and Shopify experience an asset
- Ability to handle a high volume transaction business

The opportunity:
This is a commission-based contract position – you will get out of it what you put in. This role is for someone who consider themselves a salesperson and knows how to drive attention to themselves and their products. You will manage the sales activities in your territory by identifying and securing prospective accounts and supporting existing customers.
Remuneration is commission based. We will train you to be successful!
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Regular visits to both existing accounts and prospects in the territory.
- Develop and establish strong relationships with both existing accounts and prospects.
- Manage, develop, and expand current established customer base through recruiting new accounts
- Introduce company/ products to potential clients and obtain new and repeat orders.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Assess client’s needs and recommend the appropriate product(s)
- Ensure clients are fully satisfied with level of service and encounter a great experience with the company.
- Maintain accurate records
- Complete all sales activity and key metric reporting on time.
- The job may require travel, sometimes and if needed work on weekends for trade shows etc
- Must have own reliable transportation
